Bechamel sauce
1L Oat Milk/ Full fat milk
190g White roux (100g Flour, 90g Butter)
nutmeg, cinammon, cloves.
Παρασκευή
In a pot melt the butter. When melted, add the flour (White roux). Cook for a bit on low to medium heat and start adding the milk little by little. Before each time you add the milk, make sure it is incorporated. Do that on five to 7 parts until is all done. When all is added, bring it to a boil until it starts to thicken.
When it is a bit thick, add the cheese and the spices and transfer to a bowl to cool down.
