50g Goat butter
x1 Bell pepper
x1(small size) onion
x2 cloves Garlic
130g Lamb neck
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp White wine
2tbsp Yellow French Mustard
1tsp Dijon Mustard
80g Goat cheese
1 tsp Savoury
1 1/2 tspOregano
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
Salt
100gWater (if needed)

Prepare all the veg and the meat as shown in the video.
cut a place the butter in the pan.
on a high heat, melt the butter, add the veg and cook a bit while stiring.
Add the meat and cook till coloured from all sides.
When all the cooking juices are evaporated and there is only fat and butter left, add the wine and keep on high heat for the alcohol to evaporate.
Add the mustard and a little bit of water to cook further.
When reduced to a slightly creamy consistency, turn off the heat, add the cheese and keep stirring untill the cheese has melted.
Season and add the herbs and spices.
