250g Chickpeas
50g Chickpea can water (Juice)
1 lemon's zest
10g / x1 lemon juice
20g Tahini
70g Olive oil
60g Oat spread/ yogurt
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Sumac
2 tsp Paprika
season with Aleppo pepper and salt

Place all the ingredients into a thin and tall container or a Jug.
Blend a little bit so the hummus is coarse.
Adjust the seasoning.
