After our break with our mini-Milestone flower post, here we are and we continue with exploring the new green but grey and cold but moist and warm at the same time land. We are only located in a small village but as we travel around, we find one of the most important and popular places in this country. It is historic, meaningful, alive even if 'old' and traditional.
This post is not that much about photography but more about the journey! Let's see how people used to live. How cooks used to serve their masters and how prisoners survived in the old cruel world. The Castle of Stirling will be our topic for today. This is a great opportunity where art gets involved to help fantasy or to help us imagine how it was. Also, we get to compare art back then or to see through their perspective of art. It could be painting, tiles, clothes, design etc.
If we decide to leave the castle, we will find lots of green landscape around, a city and an important old tower in the middle of a small forest.
Out of all these pictures, the one that fascinates me the most is this castle's door. There are more questions though... How about those underground places where 'ordinary' people do not have access? What could be down there? How would it look like? Like a little kid... Questions that bring adventure. Since it is a topic we can not answer or solve here... for now... Let's focus on this historic journey and enjoy the adventure through our unprofessional photos.
