Beef sirloin Tigania in a Creamy Sauce - Mouth melting!

Ingredients

x1 Beef sirloin

1 or 2 halves peppers

1/2 red onion

1 clove of garlic

80ml White wine

125ml double cream (Vegan can be used)

1 tbsp Oregano

1/2 tsp Jalapeno

1 tsp Savoury

Salt, Olive oil


To thicken the sauce (if needed)

1 tbsp Cornflour

5 tbsp Water

Preparation

  1. Prepare all of your ingredients like in the video.

  2. Add olive oil in a pan and turn on the heat.

  3. When the oil is hot, start by sweating off the vegetables and then add the beef.

  4. When it is well coloured and has lost most of its moisture, Add the wine and let it loose its alcohol.

  5. Add the cream and boil untill it is reduced and thickened. If you using a vegan product like a cream, you will probably need to ticken it following are cornflour trick above.
