Ingredients
250g Beef Trimmings
x1 Onion
x1 Peppers
3pcs Garlic
x1 Lemon (Juice it and quarter it for later)
1/3 Fresh Thyme
3 tbsp Mustard
1 tbsp White wine
Vegetable/ Chicken stock
Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Prepare all of the ingredients.
Add a good amount of olive oil in a pan and set to strong heat.
Add the vegetables,
Use some white wine and let it reduce.
Add the meat and keep cooking on high heat until it has got some colour or it has turned grey all the way around.
When it is cooked through, add the mustard. Depending on the meat you use, add some stock if needed.
Turn off the heat and add the thyme and the lemon quarters.
