Ingredients
2 Carrots
6 baby potatos
2 garlic cloves
1 brown onion
1 leek
1 little piece ginger (10g)
250g Chicken stock
25g tomato paste
water to fill up
salt
pepper
olive oil
Preparation
Sweat the vegetables
Add the tomato paste and keep going
add the chicken stock and water.
Cook until you can pierce with a sharp object and then blitz.
Serve hot with toasted bread. Enjoy!
