Feta fingers with seasame seeds.

Ingredients

Feta cheese (Vegan for DF)

Neutral oil

All purpose flour

Egg Whites

Seasame seeds

Honey/ any syrup

Preparation

  1. Prepare in little bowls the flour, the egg whites and the seasame seeds (a pane station).

  2. Prepare the feta fingers. In a pan or pot, get the oil and turn on the heat onto low.

  3. Started pane the feta fingers.

  4. When the oil is about 160 c with the help of a digital thermometer or a probe, start frying untill golden brown.

  5. Server with some honey or syrup. Enjoy!
