Halloween Cookies

Ingredients

A.

70g All purpose flour

4g Bicarbonate of soda

3g cinammon powder

7g Baking soda

1 g Cloves powder

1 g nutmeg powder


B.

200g Caster sugar

150g Olive oil

100g Oat milk

100g Orange juice

Zest from 1 orange

3g Kitro naxos or brandy or konyak

Preparation

  1. Mix A. well in a bowl and B. in another bowl.

  2. Add A. to B. in 5 or 6 phases untill a dough is formed. You can also use a mixer but be careful you don't over mix it and gentle. Do not worry if the dough is a bit crumbly and oily.

  3. Warm up your oven at 175 Grill (Not fan) but fan works as well if it is he only option.

  4. Roll down the dough on a clean bench and use your halloween special cutters to shape the cookies.

  5. Lay them on a baking mat preferably breathable and place them in the oven for 20 minutes. If you oven does not rotate, make sure you do it manually every 5 minutes.

  6. Preserve and enjoy!
