Ingredients
x4 Red chillies
300g Roasted peppers
4-7 cloves of Garlic
(of choic) Olive oil
2tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp Tomato paste
Salt
1 tbspCaraway seeds
1/2 tbsp Cumin powder/ seeds
Preparation
Roast the chillies (and the peppers) in the oven for 20 minutes at 200c
remove the seeds if you want it less spicy or not
Add everything in the blender
Blend until smooth
Preserve and enjoy!
