Kavourosalata - Crab dip

Ingredients

500g Crab Meat

2-3 Spring onion

1/2 red pepper

1/2 carrot

3 tsp mini capers

1 tbsp spear mint

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tbsp Olive oil

150-200g Mayonaise (preferably fresh) or adjust to your preference

Salt, Pepper





Preparation

  1. Make sure the crab meat you have bought is ready to use. If it is just pasteurised, cook a little bit and double check there are no shells (by pressing it on a metal flat tray with your fingers).

  2. Mix all the ingredients together.

  3. Adjust the seasoning to your preference.

  4. Serve with bread and Enjoy some Ouzo!
