Ingredients
150g Bulgur wheat
230g Water
50g Olive oil
20g Pomegranate molasses
30-80g Parsley ( I did 30g on the video)
1 tbsp mint
1/2 tbsp corriander
2 spring onions
1/2 red onion
2 plum tomatoes
1 chilli of your preference
1 lemon's zest & lemon juice
Salt, pepper
Preparation
Place the Bulgur wheat in a bowl (not too shallow)
boil the water and pour it in the bowl with the Bulgur wheat. Cling film and rest in a corner for about 30 minutes.
Prepare all of your ingredients by cutting the vegetables and herbs and mix together.
