Ingredients

1 Bell pepper

1 red onion

1 clove of Garlic

1 mild (green chilli)

200g salamini or cured meat

white wine to deglaze

100g Mild Mustard

150g Chicken stock


For finishing:

30g Goat's butter

Thyme, Oregano, Salt and pepper.

Preparation

  1. Prepare everything chopped and ready.

  2. Olive oil in a pan

  3. Sweat off the vegetables

  4. When transparent, add the cured meat

  5. When slightly soft and cooked, keep on high heat and deglaze

  6. cook off the alcohol and add mustard.

  7. Mix and add the stock.

  8. Cook until reduced and then turn off the heat, add the butter, season and pour some beer in a glass or chug. Enjoy!
