Mustard chicken Tigania (Traditional)
700g Pork chops (Boneless)
300g Water
125g Mustard
50g White wine
120g Bell peppers
50g Brown onions
1 clove of Garlic
3g salt
0.5g Black pepper
Oregano
Extra virgin olive oil

200g Cream cheese
50g White wine
120g Bell peppers
50g Brown onions

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all of your ingredients and be ready to start.
Step 2
Place some Extra virgin olive oil in your frying pan.
Step 3
Once it is hot, start searing your meat and keep mixing so it does not burn. Once the pink colour is gone and your meat is seared equally, add your veg. Cook untill the liquids are reduced and then deglaze with your white wine. Wait for the alcohol to evaporate and add either the mustard or the cream cheese. Mix well, add the water and cook further until the liquids are reduced.
Step 4
Check if the meat is ready and cooked. Then add your spices, salt and pepper and serve. Enjoy!
