Ingredients
200g Dairy free Greek style yogurt
160g Cucumber
4g Garlic
40g Olive oil
5g White wine vinegar
4g Salt
Preparation
Add all the ingredients in one bowl except the cucumber.
Grate the cucumber. If your yogurt has lot of liquid, Place the grated cucumber in a strainer and dust some salt on top of it and leave it for 5'. If not then add it to the bowl.
Mix well, adjust the seasoning to your liking, decorate and serve with meat or bread.
